This was the first week of the internship. It is unfortunately still virtual, but I will be enjoying my summer at Purdue University.

This week at SPS:  The first week of my internship with SPS has been exciting.  This summer's internship program is still remote because of COVID-19, but there are still plenty of fun things happening virtually.  We had our orientation this week, and we also had a meet and greet event!

My internship had a great start this week! I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to get to know my fellow interns and the awesome people at APS. We met with SPS staff on Tuesday for orientation. It was great to learn more about the organization and get some tips for the summer.

My first week as an SPS intern began with a very fun 2-hour virtual orientation. I know, 2 hours on Zoom does not sound enjoyable at all - but believe me I could have stayed for another hour to talk more about bucket hats and listen to staff members’ stories.

The SPS internship has been over for one week now. The end snuck up on me, but I am excited for my next step. I am moving this weekend to start a year of service, which will be a change of pace.
