Edward Leonard, Jr. runs a liquid nitrogen explosion demonstration at the First Sheboygan Science and Engineering Festival in Sheboygan, WI. It entails filling a 2-liter soda bottle halfway with LN2, capping the bottle tightly, and sinking it with bricks to the bottom of a water-filled trash can. The ensuing explosion is always crowd captivating. See "How Do You Serve?"
