Registration

Congress registration is now open! You have two options:

     1) Register online using a credit card.

     2) Submit this PDF form via US Mail or FAX using a credit card, check,
          or money order.

Registration Details

Registration includes admission to all sessions, Fermilab tour, and all meals. Pre-registration must be completed by 10/19/08. Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.

Registrants have the option of purchasing companion meals for the Thursday evening Dessert Reception ($20), the Friday evening Banquet ($30), and the Saturday evening Pre-dinner Reception and Banquet ($40).
