Born and raised in Florida before moving to Georgia for high school and college. I played tennis for much of my youth, culminating in an Atlanta doubles title. In high school, I was a part of the school's academic and math teams, as well as competing under the Technology Student Association (TSA). For TSA, I co-designed an application for the Android platform to facilitate learning by using more dynamic lessons. Through my high school, I also got involved with the honor societies which focused on reaching out to local elementary and middle schools and providing STEM lessons. I carried this sentiment with me to Georgia Tech, through the SPS chapter's program Spin Spark and Freeze, which is a program designed by an alum where we demonstrate phenomena relating to electricity, rotational motion and heat, respectively. I was also a chair for the chapter's Physics Field Day where we have high school students compete through a few physics test and an experimental round while also showing them what a (physics) student's life is like at Georgia Tech.
